A Year in Review

As it gets closer and closer to the end of the year I start to think about what kind of year it’s been.  Well 2007 was definitely less eventful then 2006, but a more quiet year is a blessing.  What has happened is how photography has changed my life, my attitude and out look.  Before it had been something I enjoyed, a hobby really.  And then I met Julie and everything changed.  I find myself almost obsessing over photography, trying desperate to learn everything I can.  I have met the most creative and fun loving people thru photography too.   Architects are great and I have some really great friends, including my husband that are architects.  But those photographers, they are insane!  Take for example the last excursion I did, the Colfax Cruise (photos soon).  How many people can look at Colfax and see literally tons of things to photograph?  These people can, and I’ve really learned to stop and smell the roses, and really look at the world in a whole new prospective.  And I love it!  I’m truly excited for 2008 and all it holds in store.  If it was half as excited as 2007 I can’t wait!

For your viewing pleasure I’ve chosen my favorite wedding photos of this year.  As I was going thru them I kept going I love this one, and this one, and this one, till I had 18 photos.  That’s when I said enough was probably enough. So sit back and relax, this is a long post.  In no particular order….

Happy Holidays!
