This is all Ebs. I love the idea of decor at your wedding that becomes an heirloom quilt for your future children. Swoon right!? I can image even having guests sign squares of fabric with well wishes for the new family. It just doesn’t get any better.

Vintage Dress
A dress can say so many things. It can be simple, lace, beaded or Vintage. A dress worn by another beloved women that shares a story. A story of love and commitment. I adore the idea of taking a beloved wedding dress of your grandmother, mother or Aunt and making it your own. Your dress can share a love story from over the generations.

Or maybe it’s your grandmothers veil you wear. Or a piece of jewelry that has been passed down from generation to generation. Your perfect something old to walk down the aisle.

Have you thought about wearing your mom’s wedding dress? I did, until my loving father told me my mom looked WAY better in the dress. haha! Thanks Dad, I think I’ll find a new dress.

Books! Books! Books!
I love books. The smell, the texture, the look. Another item that with a little imagination can be transformed into a totally new use. I love the old books with cute little illustrations. Book pages can be used as a backdrop, aisle runner, table runner, fold them into pin wheels, or simply hang them one by one from the ceiling for a unique chandler.

Who says you have to use real flowers as center pieces?

Is it to brass to say PLEASE hire me if you’re doing book details? Oh my we would get along so well! Ok just a secret wish then.

The Tangible

I’ve been searching for the better part of 3 years for an album that makes me scream YES that’s the kind of album I want my clients to have. I’m a firm believer that less is more. And treading lightly on this earth is something we all need to embrace more of. Now I can say that the album I offer to my beautiful clients not only uses recycled paper but it’s also sustainably responsible in it’s printing practices.
The boxes are made from beetle kill from right here in the Rockies. And the best part is how many photos you have in a single album. Instead of trying to choose a meager 40 images, you can now have 200 images in the album! Amazing I know.
I can’t wait to order the first one for 2013. A treasure for a lifetime.
