To Simplify

Without realizing it life becomes chaotic.
Chores to do, places to go, things to buy, a never ending list of obligations to attend too.
When all we really need to thrive is simple,
Love.
Simplify life and it’s obligations to what’s important and the present moment becomes so much more powerful.

I’m still working on it.
Trying to find my version of simple.
But I caught a glimpse in the country side with a dear friend.
A dear friend that I know took leaps to simplify her own life.
But is reaping the benefits now.

It’s a choice.
A choice to be swept into the chaos of what the world wants.
Or make a choice to follow your own heart and simplify.
Choices made everyday.
