Project 52; Weel 25. The Rhythum of Life

There is a rhythm to life Delilah.
A flow that happens without us doing anything.
The circle of life you could say.
But, it’s more then just birth, life, and death.
The stuff that happens in the middle called life, but what it looks like is different for everyone.
It’s meant to be filled with joy and laughter.
But, there’s also times of sorrow.
These times of sorrow aren’t meant to be bad. They’re meant to refocus our desires.
Jar us awake to what’s truly important in this world.
Love, family, peace, and lifting each other up.
To feel the times of sorrow, really feel, means to really feel the times of joy.
It’s ok to cry and feel the pain in your heart.
It tells us we’re alive!
It tells us the time before was filled with brilliant joyful light, and so to will the future.
The pain will subside and joy will come again.
It is the flow, the rhythm of life.
xoxo – Your Mama
Grandpa Mitchell we love you.
You were a beautiful soul in this tender world.
I will never forget your smile or the twinkle in your eye.
My tears are filled with sorrow, but my heart leaps for joy for knowing you.
Your spirit is forever etched on everyone’s heart.
