Project 52; Week 10. The Ordinary
I was obsessed with finding you backyard toys a few months ago.
Convinced that without them you would be bored to tears and never want to play outside.
You’ve proved me wrong yet again.
I never found the toys I was looking for so we still have nothing in the way of toys in the backyard.
But it doesn’t stop you from exploring and finding new things every morning we spend there.
There was even a day this week that you walked around entertained by sticks alone for 45 minutes!
Last week Gma and Gpa bought you a wagon.
A real old fashioned red wagon.
Every day we go for a ride around our small backyard, mostly in circles.
But it makes you So happy and content.
We’ll still build you a sand box and maybe even someday a play house, but for now I’m marveling in your curiosity of the ordinary.
Never grow out of that my baby girl.
