Although my feet

Never cease running to you

On the path of dreams,

Such nights of love are never worth

One glimpse of you in reality.

Anne and Jeremy were married at the gorgeous Keystone Ranch under a perfect July sky.  Loved ones surrounding them with all the love and support that only a group of people can offer.  Anne always thinking of others asked me how my business was doing and if the summer was all I’d hoped for, when really she had a million other things to think about then my business.  And Jeremy chilled out in the bar before hand with just the look of perfect contentment, just waiting to see his gorgeous bride for the first time before they said they’re I do’s.  I love a man who’s comfortable in his own style.  Who knows how to rock a mustache and aviators.  And Jeremy you are that man.

The mountain light before sunset is well….to die for.  It makes me go weak in the knees and feel like a gitty little school girl after her boy crush. Anne and Jeremy it was such an unbelievable pleasure to be a part of your nuptials.  You are beautiful people inside and out.

On June 10th, 2011 I get an email from Julie asking if I was available for June 18th, 2011.  I’m thinking she must mean June 18th, 2012, right?  How often do you book a wedding just a week out?  I know there are brides that are totally chill and don’t care much about it, but I was stunned when Julie said nope this June 18th.  Julie and Jason had already had a western ceremony a month before, but for this one she wanted something special.  FILM.  Polaroid and holga!  My happy dance totally made an appearance when Julie said they both love film and want nothing but film.  And the more Polaroid the better.   My kinda bride!  We ended up just doing a portrait session of the two love birds, but it was two hours well spent.  Julie and Jason are absolutely adorable together.  Giggly and affectionate.   I loved all the detail in their traditional clothing.  Doing sessions like this one just ooze with creativity and I live for creative moments like these.  Thank you so much Julie and Justin for being so amazing and adventurous!

I love this one of Julie’s cousin.

All you need is love.

Sometimes simple is just better.  Kayleigh and Micheal had a beautiful wedding at River Community Church.  The whole wedding from getting ready to dinner and dancing were outside along the river.  How can you ask for a more natural beautiful wedding.  It was so sweet to see Kayleigh and Micheal’s loved ones surround them and show so much love and support.  I love it when a couple doesn’t need a bunch of frills to celebrate their love for each other.   Micheal’s brother was unable to make it to the wedding and stand up as best man, but Micheal’s Dad quickly stepped in and took his place.  He even held a laptop the entire day so that the brother could see the whole wedding via skype.  Just amazing what technology can do.
Check out the rainbow flare in this one.  Totally in camera and had no idea it was happening till I was looking through the photos on the computer. Congratulations Kayleigh and Micheal!  Thank you so much for allowing me to be apart of your beautiful wedding!

When you appreciate the moment, you instinctively know that as long

as you have life, you have hope.  Enjoy the moment.

Despite the many challenges and difficulties Lindsey and Lee faced leading up to their wedding, the day of the wedding they were both nothing but smiles.  From ear to ear.   Lindsey and Lee are the type of couple you just wish you could hangout with all the time.  They’re both easy going and so incredible genuine.  I’m still in awe that they chose me to photograph their wedding.   I can’t even tell you how excited I was for their wedding, probably more then they were!

There’s more brewing for this wedding as well, with a fusion video coming soon!  I can’t wait to share their story. :)

Love you guys!  Motion picture to come soon!

Photographer for life.

Those were Ben’s parting words to me the day he married Terra.  Well Ben I couldn’t be more honored.  Ben isn’t the easiest book to read, he’s not one to wear his emotions on his sleeve.  But there is one thing that’s for sure, he adores Terra and wouldn’t be with anyone else.  Every now and then through out the day he would steal a look at Terra.  A look of endearment and how can this be my life kinda look.   Terra and Ben were married at the Stanley Hotel in May.  And sadly I didn’t see any ghosts.  :(   Jamie with Estes Park Planners helped out with day of coordination and did a fabulous job!

I can’t wait to see where life takes these two beautiful people, I’m sure it’ll be an amazing journey. This last holga shot I thought had the Stanley Hotel type atmosphere.  artsy to say the least.Congrats Terra and Ben!
